A few things we're asked most often — you might find your answer right here.
Every product is handpoured in small batches, so please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships — up to 5–7 during launches, restocks, and holidays. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on the method you choose at checkout. Full details are in our Shipping & Return Policy.
Because our products are handmade home fragrance goods that can't be restocked or resold once shipped, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't offer refunds. The one exception is items that arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement.
Carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered up to 24 hours early. Check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox area, and building management first. If it still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number — and reach out to us so we can help you follow up.
Let the first burn reach the edges of the glass — that sets the melt pool and prevents tunneling. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use, never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and stop use when 1/2" of wax remains. Our Candle Care Guide walks through it all.

Our room & body sprays are formulated for both air and skin. As with any fragrance, test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children and pets.
